what if you cant remember your e-account password?? there is NO "Forgot Password" button..no way to merge if i cannot get in because i don't know password!

So now they merged me automatically, and I see nothing bwc related. All I see is a site to look for jobs. Yet I get $0 from workers comp and am handicap on ssdi. I need to find my card to get a rollator and info on case and it's a hot mess.

Took over 2 hours to pay my small bill as I had been "transitioned" to OHID and wasn't able to access BWC thru my bwc e-account. It was a terrible experience. Absolutely terrible. Ugly tech error messages left and right. no guidance. when I called OHID tech support, he was clueless. This video did help as I at least had a target to shoot at. makes a big difference which browser you use and what the security settings are. I've had OHid since they began. no matter. fwiw, I've designed and developed apps for 45 years. Heaven help non tech users. This was just basic incompetence.

why couldn't you keep it simple for the non computer people to access their accounts. and nothing worse than putting up with all the You Tube adds

This new unified ID system is an absolute nightmare. I have been trying to create this account for months and it fails every time. I go thru the entire process successfully, including multiple verification of my email and mobile, with absolutely no issues, only to get "Account Not Created" page at thew very end. All it gives me is a list of generic possible reasons why and none of them applies to me. This has created problems for me because I have a BWC claim that I am now unable to access and I was unable to file my state tax return online this year, causing me to have to pay for a service to do it. Worst part, there is ZERO support to help people thru this nightmare. I have no idea how to resolve this. Yet another GOP led failure. The state of OH is a dumpster fire.

While I don't enjoy having 10,000 logins for different things, at least if one of my 10,000 logins gets hacked, I risk less of my info being stolen. Moving everything within Ohio under this OHID, great - now once my OHID account gets hacked, they'll have access to all of my Ohio info. Great decision!!! 😉

as usual government produced products are absolute crap , it does not work for me, it says Account Not Created. After trying all the suggestions it still does not work. I am now not able to get my license plates online, they say I have to go to the nearest incompetent and slow BMV to get my plates.

I was on Ohio bureau of workers compensation from 2001 to 2012 and then there was an incident that happened and they told me I was working by doing it and it's not working I'll tell you later what it is I was working by doing it and they cut me off when I got my emotions and it's crazy I've never heard of that and I checked around and make it and I can't do that you know I just realized that and I want to get my work

I also wish they would show them in court when these videos were shown to them.

They need to spend 5 years in Guitanimo bay (spelling) and make them get a job when they get out pay al the money they stole!

I got severely injured on one of the turkey farm's that worked at I got heel caught on one of the broody pen gates & I tripped & fell broke 80 turkey eggs and the way I landed I landed on my right elbow and my body was on top of my elbow & I had tennis sized bump on my right elbow & I was off for a couple of days & I came back to work with a injured elbow I took it slow at first until it healed up & I can move it freely because when my right elbow was severely injured I couldn't move it

They assigned two African American Women to me. Told them i was racist so mine never reached out. The African American supervisor told me i could only enter one injury. After presenting the FRAUD & aiding and abetting, they said oh you can now. TAKE A ORC Course jeeze you aren't invisible, all the courts need is someone wiling to testify to the crimes committed.
